La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9e sous le patronage du Ministre de la Fonction publique, du Travail et de la Protection sociale. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-exad-particle-enable=\"false\" class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4ec7684 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default exad-parallax-effect-no exad-background-color-change-no exad-glass-effect-no exad-sticky-section-no\" data-id=\"4ec7684\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"aux-parallax-section elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-88bab36 exad-glass-effect-no exad-sticky-section-no\" data-id=\"88bab36\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a88acc4 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a88acc4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019assurance volontaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place par l\u2019Etat burkinab\u00e8 en vue de permettre \u00e0 toute personne exer\u00e7ant une activit\u00e9 professionnelle et non assujettie au r\u00e9gime obligatoire de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale de pr\u00e9parer ses vieux jours. C\u2019est pour mobiliser plus de souscripteurs que Impak Afrik et la CNSS ont conclu un partenariat pour la promotion de l\u2019assurance volontaire. Ainsi, la campagne de 1 burkinab\u00e8, une carte CNSS a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e le mardi 09 janvier 2024.<\/p><p>Pour le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Impak Afrik, Idrissa Konditamd\u00e9, \u00ab\u00a0<em>le vieillard se chauffe de bois entass\u00e9 pendant sa jeunesse. Autrement dit, il faut souscrire \u00e0 l\u2019assurance volontaire pendant que l\u2019on est jeune pour profiter plus tard de la pension de retraite. Pour cela, \u00ab\u00a0nos agents commerciaux vont investir tout lieu de rassemblement, yaars, boutique, etc. afin de sensibiliser et susciter des souscriptions \u00e0 l\u2019assurance volontaire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>Le Pr\u00e9sident de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation consulaire du centre, par ailleurs parrain de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, Hamidou Ou\u00e9draogo, dira : <em>\u00ab c\u2019est une v\u00e9ritable aubaine pour les travailleurs concern\u00e9s. Car avant, il n\u2019y avait que les fonctionnaires et salari\u00e9s qui pouvaient avoir une pension de retraite. Maintenant, tout le monde peut en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier. Nous encourageons les cibles pour une adh\u00e9sion massive. \u00bb <\/em><\/p><p>Le Pr\u00e9sident du conseil national de l\u2019\u00e9conomie informelle, Salifou Niki\u00e8ma, remercie l\u2019Etat pour avoir pens\u00e9 aux acteurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie informelle en mettant en place ce produit. C&#8217;est une initiative salutaire, car dit-il : \u00ab\u00a0<em>En activit\u00e9, ce n&#8217;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pas facile, Imaginez donc \u00e0 la vieillesse !\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb\u00a0<\/p><p>Les cibles de l\u2019assurance volontaire que sont les travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants relevant des groupes de professions artisanales, industrielles, commerciales, lib\u00e9rales, agro-sylvo-pastorales et les acteurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie informelle apportent une grande contribution \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9conomie burkinab\u00e8, Ils m\u00e9ritent donc une couverture sociale qui, d\u2019ailleurs, est un droit pour tous.<\/p><p>C\u2019est pourquoi, la repr\u00e9sentante du Ministre en charge de la Protection sociale, patron de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, Barro Doussou Flore, a dans son intervention invit\u00e9 les populations \u00e0 s\u2019approprier l\u2019initiative offerte par l\u2019Etat burkinab\u00e8, afin que la vieillesse soit un moment de pl\u00e9nitude pour tous et non de
